About Lena Johansen

My name is Lena Johansen, and I am a CBT and ACT therapist working with people who experience anxiety, low mood, stress, compulsions or recurring patterns that limit their lives. I am based in Estepona, Spain, and offer sessions both online and in person.
In my work, I combine structured, practical tools with a warm and respectful approach. I understand that seeking help can feel difficult, and my aim is for you to feel safe, heard and taken seriously.
I don't believe you need to become a different person in order to feel better. Often it is about understanding the patterns that have developed over time and, step by step, finding new ways to relate to your thoughts, feelings and situations.
Together, we work in a practical and values-driven way to create lasting change even when life feels challenging.
