Stress management
Understand your own pattern — what sets it off, what keeps it running, what actually restores you
Stress isn't the enemy. The body is built to tense up, perform, and then stand down again. The problem is rarely the peak — it's that it doesn't get to come down between peaks.
Stress management here isn't about eliminating stress. It's about knowing your own pattern well enough to do something about it before it's had too long to build.
Your pattern, not a generic model
What sets stress off for you isn't the same as what sets it off for someone else — and what keeps it running, often quietly, is rarely what you'd first blame. We map what's actually happening in your week: what triggers it, what extends it, and what genuinely brings it back down.
That's the difference between knowing in theory that you should "take it easy" and actually being able to see, in your own week, where there's something to do about it.
Load versus recovery
Stress itself isn't the problem — the imbalance between load and recovery is. Many people fill recovery time with things that feel like rest but don't actually restore: scrolling, another episode, one more thing to get through on the weekend.
We go through what actually restores you, specifically, and how to fit it in without it becoming one more item on the list.
Tools for an ordinary week, not theory
Fewer models, more things you can try before next week. A way to notice the response early. A way to set a boundary without it becoming a whole thing. A way to land after a hard day instead of carrying it into the evening.
How it works
Meetings are online and 55 minutes. We map your pattern, try tools, and you leave with something concrete to test before the next one.
This is wellbeing practice, not healthcare. I make no diagnoses and treat nothing. If you're heading into or already in burnout, counselling is what to book instead — a separate service, with a different shape for what's already gone on too long.
Curious about getting started?
Reset is everyday wellbeing practice — short, practical meetings that leave you with something you can use straight away. Book your first meeting, no commitment.
