Free Assessment Call
A free 15-minute assessment call gives you the opportunity to calmly describe your situation and ask questions before making a decision. You get a first sense of what it's like to talk to the therapist and whether it feels safe and right for you. It lowers the threshold for taking the first step and makes it easier to continue with further sessions.
Session Format
Sessions are available online via video, wherever you are in the world, or in person in Estepona, Spain.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full session fee. Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours' notice.
Confidentiality & Data
Strict confidentiality applies. All treatment complies with GDPR. Your personal data is never shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
